Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Obelus. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials (passkeys) secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent. See how account deletion works.

Acceptable use

You may not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User content and moderation

You retain ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for content you post.

You can report content and block other users from within the app. We review reports and act on violations.

Virtual currency and purchases

Gold is a virtual, in-app currency with no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money and is non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable app store's rules.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent the law allows.
